Literally incompetent. Doesn’t care about patients in the slightest. Rude. Why the hell did you go into the medical field if you don’t care about people?
I have been seeing Yuri for over 5 years. I messed up and didn't realize I was out my major anti depressant. I set up an appointment in 2 weeks but she refused to refill my rx, which she knows how much I need this. I have last spoke with her just 6 weeks ago. Other than it's too much trouble for her(assistant) there is no reason for this. They kept referring me to a daily walk in clinic which I can't go to due to work.
