They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They were calm and reassuring. As it turns out, I might not even need a root canal!
When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
