Dr. Kern is a very intelligent and knowledgeable doctor. In addition, she has a wonderful bedside manner and makes children feel comfortable during exam. I think that the person who rated one star likely knows nothing about medicine or being a good doctor and I feel that it is unfair to slander good doctors.
