Very friendly and helpful. All doctors and employers.
The new dentist did a great job and I'm sure she'll learn to laugh like Dr. Kaneda and make her patients feel at home. The only thing I don't like is the parking which has recently changed and requires "checking in" with a QR code and requires a form of payment (2 hours = over $6). One of the receptionist told me to scan the QR code at in the parking lot, fill out the information and then scan the QR code in the dental office to "validate". I have been a patient at this practice for many years, dating back to Dr. Kaneda, and Kristin has consistently provided exceptional care. Her professionalism, gentle approach, and remarkably light touch make every visit comfortable. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and the genuine care she shows her patients.
