There have been some noticeable changes since the office management transition. The office itself got a makeover. The staff seems better trained. And they’ve installed a new equipment. As an engineer, I appreciate the use of the latest and greatest technology. They now use a CBCT and an intraoral scanner for better pictures of the teeth and jaw. This makes me feel more confident about the condition of my oral health.
I went to my normal cleaning after 6 months and I did not realize the office went through a management transition. Place looks nice with some new staffs. They were all polite and friendly. I was really glad to see Kristin was still there. She is always professional but still had the 'we are family' vibe. She always listens to my concerns and provide valuable suggestions. She always makes my visit enjoyable...yes at a dentist office!
I received an email requesting feedback about my experience 1/5/26. I was in office to support my husband during his dental surgery appointment. I’ve known I need my upper wisdom teeth removed for over a decade but never got around to it. Asked the staff about scheduling an appointment while I was waiting, they needed to do panoramic x ray and they saw me within ~1.5 hrs to complete it as well as wisdom removal consultation with Dr. A during that time. I visited this practice the week after Thanksgiving when I needed care while visiting family in SD. They took great care of me! The staff was really friendly and there were two docs there who both were very knowledgeable. Office was very clean and had the top technology. If I lived in the area, I’d definitely make them my primary care dental office!
Mrs Talicol was amazing. She showed patience, understanding and care. Top professional as always and very thorough with follow up education with a smile.
