Loved this doctor and his staff. Very thoughtful and thorough and highly recommend.
Dr. Yuri Cook is a good knowledgeable doctor 5 STARS, BUT he needs to seriously re staff 50% of the front office. In my experience they are uncaring, rude, and unpleasant to deal with half the time. The front office staff alone is a major reason I’m considering changing my child’s provider, on top of that you can’t ever get an appointment until 2-3 months out. Great doctors here but the welcome party, or lack there of really just kills it.
Poor service since I called in to schedule an appointment with the clinic. I been going here for years and never had an issue until new staff and new location. From the beginning of my appointment to the end was a nightmare. Definitely going to try to find an new doctor for my children. I can't be going to clinic that has no sense of urgency!
Whoever is the referral coordinate should be fired immediately slacks big time and delays on getting referrals, its becoming a norm for her always, creating unnecessary medical complications to the kid and even after calling 5 times a week there is no response, missed and postponed appointments for couple times because of this behavior. This should be fixed ASAP.
