While my dad is terminally ill in hospital, your visit meant more than just a haircut — it was a moment of normality and care when everything else feels heavy. You were warm, gentle, and so respectful of the situation, and I truly appreciate how accommodating you were. Thank you for bringing a little comfort and dignity during a very emotional time.

I've been getting my hair cut by Yuri for years. He is not just meticulous and a craftsman but gives genuine feedback if I am looking to change my type of haircut. He has me sorted from everyday cuts and even cut my hair for my wedding day. Anyone who has got their hair cut by him knows he is always trying to better himself. I've seen him make everyone feel comfortable and I've always felt valued as a client and a person. Here is to many more years!
