I had my roof replaced in 2012 with 3 dimensional shingles by Yuras. Included was a 50 year warranty. This month, I noticed some of the ridge vents installed in 2012 were falling on my yard. I at first thought it was due to squirrels prying them loose. Yuras came out and had the material warranted out for free. Salesperson, receptionist, and installers were great to work with and work was done very professionally and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend them.

The only reason I would agree with my 1 star review is because the receptionist Samantha was kind and patient with all my calls. When I tell you this company was extremely difficult to work with, I mean it. Yura’s installed our roof prior to us moving into our home. Our roof was still under warranty, and we were experiencing a water leak inside after a big rain storm, so we called and asked to have our roof inspected. And we called. And we called, and we called.
