What a fantastic company! We hired Yur Event Rentals to provide furniture, linens, a tent, and cooling fans for a corporate event. Their sales team was accessible, incredibly responsive, and thorough. They were really flexible and helpful as we navigated difficult permitting requirements with our venue. Yur Event was fantastic to work with. Madysen made so many updates to our contracts as we changed our minds on the decorations and such without a single complaint. On the day of the delivery, the people who delivered the furniture were so kind and efficient. It would be nice if they could update their payment options - you can only pay by check and card, but the card fees are 3% even if you use a debit card, and as an out of towner, there wasn't an easy way to avoid the 3% fee, which is quite expensive with the furniture ren... read more
Great experience! Rented 40' x 60' tent, tables, chairs, table cloths and more for a wedding reception I hosted in New Orleans. Ivan and Alfred were super profession with both set up, takedown and pickup. Whole process was seamless! Would definitely use this company again!
