Very clean, taken care of .Newly remodeled unit. FREE heat & water. Good neighbors, very quiet place. I have called for a repair an its been taken care of within 24 hrs. Window washers every spring, clean the outside of all your windows . Rent is reasonable .Rooms are a good size , they have snow removal service, I have never been snowed in . They keep the lobby clean .This little hideaway is perfect place to call home.
It was very spacious and clean. Everything we were hoping for!! I really hope we get it
