TDLR: Their system is wack and they are unable to manage their own reservations. Don't waste your time or money here. There's a nail salon right across called "Nails by Sean" that's probably better and cares about their customers. I booked an appointment with Sue and when I arrived Cynthia (front desk employee) said I would get Claudia. There was no communication prior to my arrival which is frustrating and unacceptable. The BEST nail salon in the DMV! May is always so detail-oriented and really takes her time to make my nails look perfect. Will never go to another place again!
