Always very pleasant. Very informative. Asks a lot of questions to get right resolution. very thorough. Will continue to go to her and her team.
Very poor experience with her and would not use again or recommend. Poor recommendations, didn’t listen to the concerns I brought so that it could have been easily switched if needed. Price gauging of patient after her poor selection was not usable by patient. Overall would not recommend
After two very cursory exams, this doctor gave my wife two very incorrect prescriptions. We finally went to another optometrist! She did not show any competence in her field. Incompetent!
Very professional and helpful. She carefully listened to my particular needs for wearing contacts and was able to adjust the strength of lenses perfectly.
Dr. Hang was very pleasant and professional. She went over my eye health in detail and explained options for contacts (my reason for visiting). I was able to schedule a same day appointment, and everyone I dealt with from initial phone inquiry to follow up was efficient and personable.
