You purchase Package 1, which is advertised as a total of 1 hour, but you only receive a 30-minute massage. The pressure was far too strong, although perhaps if I had mentioned it, the therapist would have adjusted it. Regardless, I’m very disappointed to have paid for a 1-hour package and only received half of that time—I even timed it.
