Personal de enfermería Enfermera Kini no profesional te habla con la boca llena de cake .. sale a la sala y nos regañó y que por hablar alto.. es una agresiva .. y las secretarias no usan traductor que tienen en la oficina. Solo te contestan en inglés .. No English … cuando llamas para hacer cita y te cortan la llamada. Muy mal educadas y profesionales. Y la Dra Defiende el comportamiento de las secretarias y la enfermera abusadora Kini . Ya quite esa oficina de mi My Chárt. Y puse una queja ..
Dr. Ahmad has excellent bedside manners. She explained everything well that’s going on with me and I can understand easily. I highly recommend her.
Im so happy I found Dr. Ahmad she has been the best doctor thus far! I had a really bad experience with a previous primary care feeling like I was just dollar signs to him and so I switched over to her as my dr and from the first visit when I asked her 100s of questions to make sure we were the right fit for each other she has handled me with extreme care. Dr. Ahmad has been walking with me through a very difficult illness and providing me with appropriate care. She listens to your concerns and answers any question you may have. Her front desk is also very prompt and kind.
I was extremely disappointed in the care I received while trying to make an appointment with Dr. Yumna Ahmad at Edward Elmhurst health and will also be filing a more formal complaint regarding this clinic with a patient advocate as I do not want another individual facing the same situation. I recently moved to the Naperville area and was looking for a PCP to check a lump that I had found in my breast .
