This restaurant gave me an experience far beyond my expectations! From the moment I entered, I could feel the strong Japanese atmosphere. The dish presentation was so exquisite that it looked like art. The taste was simply outstanding. The sashimi platter was extremely fresh, and the sweet shrimp melted in your mouth. The waitress was extremely friendly and would provide detailed explanations about the dishes. I have already recommended it to my friends!
Must give it a perfect 5-star rating! I ordered several signature dishes from the restaurant and there were no disappointments at all. The thick-cut salmon sashimi was rich, fresh and melted in your mouth; the ratio of vinegar to sushi rice was just right, complementing the fish well; the grilled dishes were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and tender interior. Even the ordinary miso soup was very deliciously made.
An extremely satisfying dining experience! The ingredients were fresh, the taste was authentic, and the service was very attentive. I will definitely return, and I highly recommend it!
To my satisfaction, I really like this Japanese restaurant and I will come again next time.
