Shaylyn is great!!! I began my journey to becoming a healthier and more energetic me in November 2019 with Shay. My goal was to lose 25 pounds. In 4.5 short months, I am half way to reaching my goal. Shay is always pleasant and ready to assist in every way possible. She prepared an accountability chart so I can track my meal. In tracking the meal, I realized that I was not eating enough protein. Ha taught me how to incorporate a healthier variety of foods into my diet, reduce and eliminate high calorie foods that I thought were healthy, manage my portion sizes to reduce calories, and choose healthy snacks with protein to keep me satisfied between meals. I look forward to working with her to help me maintain my weight and healthy lifestyle.
