Fried Oysters is WILD
Not what I expected, the customer service is awful!!!! Was greeted with an attitude by the waiter, asked her to clean the table she tried to place us at, with old food and crab juice all over it. She then walked off and went to the counter with another customer, shoved his bag of food to him. Not clean or welcoming, I wouldn’t eat here if it was free!!! Straight nasty!!!
The food is great. The customer service is terrible. My husband and I always tip well but the cutstomer service was so poor we nearly didn’t want to tip. They need to hire a new front desk person.
Visited on Father’s Day on my Birthday… the staff was low, yet the young lady did an AMAZING job serving multiple tables all together! The food was delicious! My drink wasn’t the best (Hennessy paradise). I mentioned to the Host it was my bday and heard them sing to other people… nothing for me though just a large bill and a smirk of a “HBD”
