Love the yogurt, but disappointed in the worker. I have earned $10 in free yogurt and she wouldn't let me use it. I still don't understand why and have asked to talk to a manager. She said she wouldn't be here till 5 PM, but no phone number or name for me to contact. I would like a manager to talk to me and explain their computers and why I couldn't use my points since I have the email showing I have money to use.
