I visited Yumi Nails recently and, unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I was the only customer asked to pay before my pedicure was finished drying , even though other customers—receiving the same service—were allowed to pay afterward. I also wasn’t offered the complimentary massage that others around me received. I recently moved to Monroe and wanted to support a local nail salon, so I decided to give this place a try. I had been going there for about two months. One day, I received an overlay from a technician named Tanya. Within two days, the nails began to crack, chip, and develop fine lines. Love this nail salon! I’ve moved and haven’t found anything as great as this place so whenever I go back I make sure to visit. The prices, service, and free massages are exceptional!
