* What was stated in their response is not accurate. I called twice: once about two hours before the appointment, and again about one hour before the appointment. It is very unprofessional to say you have call records while only presenting part of the truth. Please review the full call history accurately before making that claim. I’ve been coming here for my lash lifts and eyebrow lamination, and I absolutely love it every time. The results always come out so clean and natural, and the salon has such a great atmosphere. Also, Erika is amazing she’s so good at what she does, detail-oriented, and always makes sure everything looks perfect. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional experience. The only reminder I received for my appointment was less than 48 hours before. As soon as I got it, I immediately reached out to reschedule or cancel because I wasn’t able to come that day. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they refused to reschedule and still charged me the full price. It’s completely unreasonable to enforce a 48-hour policy when the reminder itself is sent less than 48 hours in advance. Clients are not mind readers ,reminders exist for a reason. I can't recommend this place enough. I have tried lash lifts where I'm based in nyc and nothing compares to the hands of Elysee here in La. The salon is beautiful. Her Products have helped my lashes and brows grow and the lash lift and brow lamination was just the perfect touch. I went from little barely seen lashes to looking like I have lash extensions! I can't thank her enough. Shes amazing and I will be back, 5 stars all around.
