Melanie exceeded my expectations in finding a place for me on my return to Yuma. I reached out to many agencies with most taking days to get back to me or even not even returning my follow up calls. Melanie even gave me a video walk-through and showed the amenities. For me, this is the perfect place. Melanie and the TRA team did a great job.

The Realty Agency holds numerous individuals that must have the biggest hearts and understanding because they are open to give people for example with the worst credit, several evictions, a chance that no other landlords and agencies will give a person with this on their application a chance to have a home.
