The staff at the specialty clinic were helpful. They acted like I was the only patient they had to deal with! Answered my questions, drew me a map of how he will enter my heart to do an ablation. Good report from this patient!
My last admittance at YRMC was bad, botched surgery, dirty room, poor care. no compassion, I felt like a piece of meat that they wanted to go away. ring the nurse call bell and up to 30 min. waiting reply. Simple laparoscopic gall bladder removal ended up with two surgeries and 5+ day in hospital .
Reception staff prompt helpful and friendly. Clinic very clean and neat. Rheumatology and Cardiology are great.
Wonderful staff. They are respectful and always willing to answer questions. Facilities are very clean.
