I visited the clinic for my ear infection and had a walk-in appointment. I only waited 20 minutes before I was called in. The doctor examined me and prescribed medication. They also have an app that allows you to manage your visits, access reports, pay bills easily, and send non-urgent messages. The waiting area was clean and tidy, and the receptionist was very friendly. Overall, it was a quick and efficient experience.
I was extremely unhappy with my visit on 8/22/26. I went in with excruciating migraine headache that was going on for 4 days. I had taken pain meds that I had for 3 days but didn't want to take anymore. Waited a total of 3 hours to see someone. Saw P.A. Christopher Bermudez., I was dumb founded, he came in and ask me what could he do for me ? I said your the Dr. so you tell me. My NP Mika was amazing and thorough! The office was quick almost no waiting to be seen
We came to the emergency room which we live right close by and the service was excellent The nurse practitioner or the nurse was excellent and I'd like to have him again. Well done
