Living in the Foothills the urgent care is located closer than having to go to the hospital. The pain was quickly diagnosed.

I have had excellent care at every place I have been seen.
My provider receives 5 stars. Scheduling and front desk receive 0 stars for lack of knowledge, lack of phone and scheduling skills, and straight up rudeness. Realizing YRMC has no competition but that is no excuse for horrible customer service. HonorHealth please come to Yuma.

I have never been to a hospital so bad. Small town hospitals provide better and more timely care than YRMC. This hospital misdiagnoses a person then charges them for Drs that never came in the room or you have met. To many horror stories coming out of this hospital. If more people was to stand up and report this place maybe real changes will occur
