As always my experience here went well. All were courteous and professional. My exam went well, the tech Marcos was very kind and explained my procedure well- I had a bone density test. Thank you YRMC!
Great service in a short amount of time. Would highly recommend.
I had difficulty getting 1 correctly written script (wrong 3 times) and 2 other scripts for procedures. The registration staff called the physician offices for me and resolved these problems for me. Since I couldn’t have a mammogram on the 1sr visit, the staff rescheduled my bone density for that day - so it wasn’t a wasted trip. I was also worked in so that I could have the mammogram the following day. The tech who performed my mammogram explained everything to me.
