I always have a very positive experience with the doctor.
My father went for his first initial diagnosis appointment. He was scheduled with Dr. Xiang. I am saddened to say the appointment did not go well. First of all the Dr. was wearing a mask and we could not clearly understand what he was saying, we felt he was rushed and irritated. Dr. Xiang felt bothered by the questions we asked. His main focus should be Patient Care with Empathy and it failed him at my father's appointment. We were told we would receive a call from a manager regarding our visit/concerns. Very professional and caring treatment from the person checking you in to those providing therapy and the doctors providing care. I appreciate the consistency in practice and safety I am very confident in the care being provided to me.
Checkin and the nurse upstairs are wonderful. The slow down is in the pharmacy so be sure to bring something to entertain the waiting if your not into the puzzle. The cancer resource ladies are great keep it up. Loved helping with the honey pots for your fundraiser appreciation. See you all in the winter headed north to stay cool
