I’m very disappointed with the protocol of this office. My daughter had an appointment and presented a picture of our family insurance card and was TURNED AWAY because she did not present the original copy. I even asked if I could email or fax and they said no . I have never heard of such a thing. Very disappointing.
Doc's a good pulmonologist. I had a bad case of pneumonia two months ago. Prescribed me some antibiotics. Feeling much better now. Couldn't breathe well back then. Now I'm fit as a fiddle!
I've asked for an explanation for the services they claim I received. They refuse to respond. I'm billed over $600 for nothing of benefit.
Great Doctor. Keeps me breathing nicely. The wait time for a appt is a little long but I think the wait is worth the service.
