I feel like they hire the youngest, most naive servers so they can swindle them out of a decent pay. Because of this, service rotates very often and suffers.
I love everything about this place , been going since i was a little girl . Haven't had there sushi yet , i have yet to try it but there coconut shrimp is to die for ♡♡
I won a gift card to Yuma Palace. I placed my order online. It didn't give an estimated time so when I got there my order was cancelled !!! They staff was very rude. When I was waiting for my food there was a HUGE roach crawling on the wall. The food we had gotten tasted old. This place has definitely gone down hill.

I ordered online at 5 and I'm still waiting for my dinner. It's 6:31!
I've probably ordered from Yuma Palace ten or so times and while I haven't had any issues in the past the food I got last night gave me horrible food poisoning and after that I simply can't order again.
