The staff was welcoming, efficient and we really liked them all.
First appointment was good. Then they called to reschedule my second appointment, which I wasn't too happy about. During the call she said I'd need to get labs done & they'd let me know when I needed to go, never heard from anyone. So I go to the appointment & when I told them who I was, they couldn't find anything in the computer. Finally they figured it out only to tell me I failed to get the lab work done.
