First appointment was good. Then they called to reschedule my second appointment, which I wasn't too happy about. During the call she said I'd need to get labs done & they'd let me know when I needed to go, never heard from anyone. So I go to the appointment & when I told them who I was, they couldn't find anything in the computer. Finally they figured it out only to tell me I failed to get the lab work done. I get in & out quickly. The staff is friendly & professional, & the office is clean.
The nurse practitioner gets 5 stars in my book, however, MA Heidi said she never received anything from my orthopedic surgeon requesting a surgery clearance and the orthopedic surgery staff faxed it 5 times over a period of 2 months. There was some mystery form that Yuma Nephrology needed that was the only form that they could accept from my orthopedic surgeon’s office.
