I get in & out quickly. The staff is friendly & professional, & the office is clean.
The nurse practitioner gets 5 stars in my book, however, MA Heidi said she never received anything from my orthopedic surgeon requesting a surgery clearance and the orthopedic surgery staff faxed it 5 times over a period of 2 months. There was some mystery form that Yuma Nephrology needed that was the only form that they could accept from my orthopedic surgeon’s office. The care I received at Yuma Nephrology today was stupendous! They care very much about a person and actually listen to what you say.
I have always had a good experience here, from the front desk greeting to the vitals being taken to meeting with my medical provider. Everyone is friendly and professional. I feel very comfortable coming in for my appointments. I live in the Foothills and was quite pleased to have this office set up here.
