Went in yesterday to get take out, upon arrival there was three waitresses all of whom were either hanging out with there friends or sitt5doing nothing. After waiting 5 minutes noticed we were told that she had to check if the kitch5was open, which seems weird considering you are open till 10 and we arrived at 920. When she came back seat said "there open but we do close in 30 minutes, do you still want something ". Very unacceptable and unprofessional. so I just got the worst service I've actually ever had at yum yum she never said her name never looked at us was like rushing us, & honestly pretty rude. then I got the wrong dessert. that would have been all okay but when I told her about the dessert being wrong she was like no you said yum puff & I was like nope I said turtle puff & you repeated it back to me. then she was like no you.. then stopped talking ahaha.
The food I was served was not edible, and I was treated VERY rudely for letting them know when they asked how it was. We drove 30 minutes for a birthday treat and left super disappointed. Horrible people skills. I actually left sick to my stomach over how I was treated.
Went in, ordered our drinks & instead of advising their fryer is down ( oh, and they weren't going to replace, per the waitress), so there is no fries or their (usually) yummy chips to go with the spin dip, we sat & drank the soda. Then we went to order & them were informed. Logically, since we didn't come in for ice cream, should have realized & advised. Most people have fries with their meals in the small places like that.
