It was dry as a bone and i paid for extra syrup the husband is always rude been home with it for 20 minutes and it's still dry

I hate to have to change my rating because I LOVE yum yum but this is the first time in the MANY times I've come here that the customer service has not been on point. Don't let the kids work alone because the lack of professionalism almost made me walk away and never come back. I know kids will be kids but there's a time and a place.
