I grew up going to Yum Yum. Their ice cream is delicious and was always a special treat in the Summer. And when I was little, their hotdogs were the only hotdogs I’d eat. I just took my 13-month old there for her first ice cream. We had a great time and made a wonderful memory.

My Mom went to college at UNCG and Yum Yum's was her favorite! Lucky for her, my Dad ended up being from Greensboro, so she had a reason to go back to her beloved Yum Yum from time to time. My childhood and adult life have been full of visits to get those old fashioned hot dogs, homemade ice cream, and Cheerwine. The prices are pretty much the cheapest around for what things cost these days. I think I'm overdue for a visit!
