Cannot contact the office. They get so many complaints they hide from the very people that make them money. Scott Mezvinsky their CEO is a ghost. I just wonder if Corporate even knows what crappy service and food is being served. I wonder if Corporate knows what Customer Service is doing when they get a complaint. After my several occurrences nothing was done to satisfy me. I will never go to a KFC again. Been going to KFC for 60 years. How are you even staying in business?
I only go here for Dallas Software Developers Meetups. So I don't know they're actual operations. The staff I do see here is great and the meetups are fun. Looking forward to the Commit Your Code Conference in 2025!
