I have had an upcoming appointment for over 30 days, only for them to call me 24hrs before the appointment and cancel because they no longer accept my insurance and haven't for several years. They knew what insurance I had when I was referred to them by my primary care doctor and set up the appointment. I wish I had seen Dr Peniston first rather than go to other (male) providers for the last seven years in NWMO - and getting absolutely nowhere with my issues. Dr. Peniston is the best and most caring GYN I have ever had. She has wonderful bedside manner and goes above and beyond to make sure she covers everything thoroughly and answers all questions. She never rushes through the appointments and she listens very well to my concerns. I am forever grateful to have found her and her wonderful staff.
