Husband seen Dr Coleman on Wednesday Nov 20th. Doctor was concerned that sugar was high. A1C test lvl 13.7. The medical assistant sent over orders for husbands scripts and an order for glucose meter. Medical assistant screwed up the order. Wal-Mart pharmacy left them a message to correct the order. Thursday morning it had not been fixed, I called 3x Thursday still not fixed.
