Was leaving Wollies Sandgate and noticed the 690 at the stop. The driver had just closed the doors. I gave a polite Cooeey! The lovely Driver wearing a flower in hair. Opened the door and I got to my destination . Thank you

We have just recently gone from being a self managed body corporate to handing over our management to Yule Strata. Everyone I have dealt with is so helpful and friendly. Customer service is alive and well at Yule. I would like to thank Jared Oldfield for his expertise in setting up our body corporate management. He showed attention to detail. He is patient and makes you feel at ease when trying to understand this new world of strata management. He is efficient and articulate. We are very happy we chose Yule.
I manage a unit on behalf of my son( he owns it)…..the complex has had a leaking roof for over a year….. it is acknowledged to be fixed and this has caused leaking onto the balcony ceiling…..it is a body corporate issue…..they cant even organise a meeting to approve the repairs? It is beyond incompetence!!! If i could give zero stars i would!!! I have dealt with other Strata Managers in Brisbane a lot more professional.
Yule is generally responsive and efficient when it comes to minor requests, which is appreciated. However, during more serious situations—such as the recent flood event—support was limited. There was no emergency contact available, and it took almost a week for an assessor to get in touch, which left us needing to manage much of the situation ourselves.
