Yule Strata has assisted our body corporate for the past 5 years plus. During that time its can do attitude, always on the ball, and replies promptly to emails and phone calls has greatly made running our body corporate so much easier. It always has your back in a bad situation.
We have just had a new manager for our complex, and I am so overwhelmed and so happy with everything in the little time she has just started. What she has already listened to, reading our emails and been so quick to address and act on and consistently emailing us back with updates. Amazing people at this business. I sent an uphappy email about a property issue. It turns out these guys don't even manage said property. Yet, they went above and beyond to help me find the correct body corporate. The professionalism blew me away. I would work with them in a heartbeat.

Yule Strata has acted as Body Corporate Management for many years for Valencia Courts Proper Of those years I have worked with Yule Strata as a committee member and held positions as Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary. Extremely rude and not willing to listen to information about a broken complex electric gate. Even though I am tennant and NOT a resident, the manager for the building hung up and basically told me to go and live somewhere else as I was trying to explain the safety and security issues around our building. It's been 10 days and they haven't fixed and won't show any support or empathy or updates on what's happening.
