I would never recommend Yulestrata to anyone. They are very sneaky & will extract every cent they can out of you. Yulestrata has gone downhill ever since the new directors took over who take advantage of the unregulated & unlicensed body corporate practices is Brisbane. Terrible company also staff are very rude

I cannot comment on the company but on a dishonest manager that is working for them since November 2024. She is the leader of a group that breach legislation and is involved in other despicable actions. She destroyed a family at the time of the Covid amended legislation. She took me to the Magistrate Court . She convinced the commitee, basically investors interstate, to start debt recovery for only 9 months late with payments when it was not allowed, for 3 of us. Absolutely terrible. I own an apartment where Yule manage the Body Corporate. Water damage happened October 2025. Insurer and Body Corporate confirm the water came from a Body Corporate pipe, in fact the apartment next door was also flooded. But yet July 2026 and no repairs. Constant stalling tactics, 'send us more photos', 'you didn't enable access' (we have always facilitated access, we want it fixed).
