I cannot comment on the company but on a dishonest manager that is working for them since November 2024. She is the leader of a group that breach legislation and is involved in other despicable actions. She destroyed a family at the time of the Covid amended legislation. She took me to the Magistrate Court . She convinced the commitee, basically investors interstate, to start debt recovery for only 9 months late with payments when it was not allowed, for 3 of us. We recently paid out our contract to change management as there were many issues such as: inability to forecast budgets for upcoming works, reinvesting funds without approval, one option for insurance, months of unanswered emails regarding a serious maintenance issue. It has been stressful & disappointing however we are happy with our new management.
I have been dealing with Yule Strata since January 2018, and throughout that time I have found them to be highly professional, attentive, responsive, and extremely supportive in all property-related matters.
