I made an appointment for my 87 year old Mom. She suffers from dementia and i have taken care of her for past 15 years. The admin staff was wonderful. Liz was excellent. I filled out the forms and left her for her checkup, xrays, and hopefully a cleaning. She was in no pain, but i was told it was unlikely she could get a cleaning same day. Needed a crown replaced. She billed my insurance company and a few weeks later billed me for $850. Could not solve this problem and put it on my credit card. Many, many weeks later I still don't have my permanent crown on.....they can't seem to build one that fits me.... Stay away from this "non-medical thieve"
