Still dealing with the results of neglect from this doctor. I developed sciatica while under her care and talked to her about it repeatedly and she never bothered to figure out why I developed it even when I asked. Sciatia is a symptom of something bigger. YEARS later I'm still in horrible chronic pain. This isn't even the only example of an issue I had that she just dismissed instead of trying to help. Dismissal is dangerous. Worst experience I have ever had with a health care provider, I am SHOCKED at how many positive reviews there are and how difficult it is to get a new appointment here. She literally does not listen to what you say, it is almost as if she is a robot and when you say “I am having an issue with x” she prints out a super generic article about x to give to you and once you continue to elaborate on your symptoms that are clearly not what her original diagnosis was she literally will not listen/adjust her recommendation/treatment
I can’t recommend Dr. Soriano enough. I have never had an experience so wonderful when speaking and working with a healthcare professional. She took the time to understand everything I was concerned about and asked insightful questions. On top of being good at her job, she is also a very pleasant and nice person, and I felt at ease when working with her.
Dr. Soriano also sees my daughter because of my praise of her. I want to praise the lady that took my blood. I felt nothing. I have rarely felt nothing!
I love it! Dr. Soriano is an awesome doctor. She takes her time, listens and gives very helpful advice. I definitely recommend her.
