I had the head spa today and it was exactly what I needed! Walked in feeling tense and floated out feeling so relaxed. A hair spa, head massage, neck / shoulder / chest and arm massage - all while getting your hair washed and laying in a heated bed. Will certainly be a regular thing

I usually get my nails done here. They always did a great job. However, I had a bad experience the other day. One of the ladies who did my nails, cut my cuticles on three fingers! I didn't react as I thought it would be fine. Morever, I loved my nail colour. But when I got home, all my nails and fingers were hurting. I was in pain and I could not even touch my nails, or even tie my hair. I was in shock as this has never happened to me in Yuki before! I guess it was because of the person who did my nails. Same awful experience as Heather. Woman sliced my toe with the blade, didn't file heals properly, overcharged me even though she gave me a miniscule discount "for cutting you" still charged more than their price list. Not the first time I have received a low standard manicure and pedicure from here. I won't be back.
