Ive eaten here multiple times. Today went to eat lunch and they only had 2 chefs and they had the hibachi grills full. So we decided to sit at a regular table. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SIT AT A REGULAR TABLE. Chicken was tough, rice was dry and had no flavor. From now on I will wait for a hibachi table!!!
We had dinner for my youngest there tonight. The food was horrible and the service was even worse. Too many things to complain about but we will NEVER eat there again
Have eaten here in the past & had postive experience. No so on Christmas eve this year! Cook had no showmanship, messy delivery of food (dropped across the table to plate). Food was good, room we were in was dirty. There was dirt all across the floor, eggshells from previous meal shoved aside under the table. He just tossed lobster shells in the floor as he was cooking. When we pointed out these things to hostess, she said they just get too busy sometimes. Couldn't have cared less. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE!
Horrible service....what was once a family Christmas Eve tradition is no more. We were sat at a dirty table and spent $450....no show during meal and chef was very rushed....when the manager was asked about the show, we were told when they are “busy” there is no show put on by the Chef. 4 disappointed children....we will not be back. Sumo will have our business from now on.
I enjoyed yuki very much I would love to eat there again 😁
Best Japanese restaurant around. They are polite, prompt with their service and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them over any other Japanese restaurant in Hoover!
