I had an appt with Dr.Guo today. She was kind, professional and worked on solving my problem. Perhaps things have gotten better.
Kaiser program and some of the doctors within Kaiser and terrible..having the moto of “THRIVE” is a complete joke! Now trying desperately to have my husbands employer allow us to switch providers! I guess once I have no use of my neck, shoulder and arm then I may be a candidate to move forward to the Neurosurgeon apparently the current nerve damage and the fact the spurs are impinging in towards the spinal cord isn’t enough; until it actual penetrates!
