Doctor is great! :) here to take care of my 3 grandparents, I take them here often & Dr. Lan is great, but the workers are not. They don’t do their job. Signed in my grandmas & they ignored me. I still give this place 5 stars, but only the doctor, no stars for the workers.
Starting with the receptions they are so nice an kind..and the Dr. Is assume Thank you all so much..
Refuse to refund and they force me to pay out of my pocket first and then to verify my insurance
If you make appoint they expect you wait another 2 1/2 hours. If you show up however or miss the appointment they will charge you $25.00. As a military veteran this very disrespectful and I was referred to by tri west. I wont be going back even again. This a heads up if you think your going to get service.
