Refuse to refund and they force me to pay out of my pocket first and then to verify my insurance
If you make appoint they expect you wait another 2 1/2 hours. If you show up however or miss the appointment they will charge you $25.00. As a military veteran this very disrespectful and I was referred to by tri west. I wont be going back even again. This a heads up if you think your going to get service.

I only get prescribed 21 pills for the month I get see every month meds don't last that long . So I came in having run out 2 weeks before Did not show up on my urine test therefore he could not prescribe me my meds then also make me wait more time then my appointment . Not coming back here again don't come here
