this is the first review i’ve ever written, and only because this is genuinely the worst company/management i’ve ever dealt with in my life. from the first day moving there they refused to give us our keys due to them having a party in the back office even though we were there an hour and a half before closing (alongside 3 other groups of parents and students). then they charged us each (3 of us roommates) over $130 a month for utilities even though our ac/heating never actually worked and they wouldn’t fix it. then they cha... read more
Everyone was very helpful in me getting my new apartment
Noise complaint unresolved for over a month. Management keeps saying they’ll handle it, but nothing has changed. Poor communication and follow-through. Lived here for 3 years. Would not recommend living here.
