Do not live here unless you are fine with paying fees for damages you did not cause. The room is fine, but when you move out, the company will charge you for damages you never caused! Even if you cleaned your room before leaving and did not damage anything, you will be charged! The management is also terrible and will not fix the broken parts of the dishwasher or appliances! Do you want to support a greedy company that lies and makes up damages?
This company operates in the most unfair manner. As someone who has studied law, I’m surprised they’ve never been sued for some of the absolutely unethical practices. The way they operate is covered by discrepancies in the lease, but is predatory for the target demographic (students), and designed to take your money.
