UPDATE: I am now being told having a leaking broken washer is not urgent. Be cautious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware. Originally was told 600 rent then it was raised to 650. Washer doesn’t work, dirty, etc. Now on move in after being confirmed by a a manager I have nothing pending, I was yelled at and told I cannot be on the premises until I pay a $14 fee for renters insurance.
The worst living experience I’ve ever had. I waited until I moved out to write this because it was truly awful. Even though my lease had a clear start date, management refused to give me my keys for two full weeks, claiming the unit wasn’t “finished being inspected.” We had already arranged a new move-in day after those two weeks, but on that agreed date, they still refused to give me the keys, and I had to wait even longer. Great experience and very easy check in.
I’ve had a great experience at Yugo Auburn North! The staff here are super friendly and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartment was clean on arrival—no bugs at all, which is a big plus. There were a few minor things like some stains on the floor and a couple of scuffs, but nothing major and all easily fixable.
