Massage Therapist Cindy took the time to consult with me beforehand regarding any physical discomforts or pressure preferences, allowing her to tailor her techniques specifically to my needs. She effectively addressed both the knots in my shoulders and neck, as well as the strain in my lower back. After the session, I felt completely unblocked and deeply relaxed from head to toe. Her technique was highly skilled and she was incredibly patient; the service was thoughtful and attentive—I am extremely satisfied!
I had a negative experience here. I called ahead to confirm availability, requested a female masseuse, and was told I could come in. The staff member even texted me the address. When I arrived about 10 minutes later, she told me I would need to wait 40+ minutes—something that was not mentioned on the phone. Had I known this, I would not have made the trip. This was unprofessional and a waste of time. I will not be returning.
