Can’t say enough good things about Wardell, assistant manager. He was attentive, kind and extraordinarily helpful in finalizing our apartment choice and lease.
Been a resident for a few years now. The new lease management team is pretty efficient and super friendly:) Wardell and Michael were super helpful with my lease renewal. And the concierge, ever since the apartment changed the management, has handled things exceptionally.
Michael Clark is fantastic. He has been terrific.
Everything looks exactly as pictured online. The staff, Angel in particular, is helpful and friendly. I've only been here one day, but I'm optimistic and believe this is the beginning of a wonderful experience. Update: I've now been here three months and love it! The concierge staff are all amazing friendly professionals. The maintenance staff takes care of issues the same day. I also like the activities the apartment has for the residents. I have stopped in the leasing office so many times and Ghitha has always treated everyone who stops in there with so much care:) she is wonderful.
