Listing a property in East Highland as “adjacent” to Yucaipa. There is a 20 mile difference. I’m not sure if you’re trying to justify why your listing property the area or what. Honestly should be the baseline of your business not deceit. Prior to moving to my current location in Yucaipa I booked an appointment to view a property through them and the property had beer cans, a filthy toilet and leak in kitchen.
