I have been a patient for over 25 yrs but lately there has been such a decline I am thinking about trying to find another group. Hold times are horrible, dr. follow through is poor. Dr.'s are not given enough time to listen to a patient with ten minute appointments.

Waiting for over 45 minutes, go to reception desk, oh yeah the doctor is running about 45 minutes late. Could have told patients that when they check in
Made an appointment that is one year from now!! Unacceptable!!
we waited 2 hours just to have lab work. they were extremely slow
My drs keep leaving and Beaver just leaves me hanging. When I call to get a new doctor and set up an appt I sit in hold for 24 mins and no one has still answered. This is ridiculous. Beaver has gone downhill and I would look for another provider for anyone thinking about using them!
Why do they always want you here 15 minutes early if they're always running an hour behind.......................................
Had an appointment with Dr Steinman. Did not have an extended waiting period. He was professional and thorough as always.
