Bad Place to Live walls are thin, apartment managers are not very forth coming with the truth until you move in and its to late. Upstairs apartments need bigger airconditoning units the models they have in now are from the 70s. So if you have to move in make sure the units are replaced and stay on the management and know your rights or move out before summer!
Melissa,I am trying to get a place to move into and by you not returning the guy that is trying to get a hold of you it is really hard. This guy named Julio has been trying to call you from Griffon Management Company and he said he has left numerous messages but you will not return his calls. Can you please make sure you call him so that he can continue with our application process. We need a place to live here and we need you to cooperate with what is going on.Rachel
