They never answer the phones or return phone calls. We always have issues getting our prescriptions refilled and they don’t answer the faxes that are sent by our pharmacy. Dr. Pham acts like he couldn’t be bothered with your issues and you have to ask about your test results. However, the nurse practitioners there are awesome. I would stay with them (the nurse practitioners) if they would just answer their phones.
Fix your phone system and pay more attention to patient previous records.
