The BEST!!!! Last Saturday I went in to Yuba Docs. I felt the staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. Dr. Roger Hicks saw me and I have to say, he was very personable. I felt very at ease with him and he was very complete with my exam. When I left I thought to myself: how nice it is to go somewhere that doesn't rush you out and you're not just a number. I felt he listened to me and never felt like I better hurry so he can get to the next patient. I will continue now to go there now. Karen G.
Yuba Docs Urgent Care is not very good. Not sure what is happening. Went there several weeks ago and Dr. Hicks said I had Swine Flu.He and his staff kept me waiting in the exam room for quite a long time and so ill while they all had lunch. He did not prescibe any antiviral, I got much sicker the next day and ended up in ER and hospital for several days. We definitely need a much better hospital and urgent care facilities in this area with beter qualified and caring professional people. I spoke to the office manager many tim... read more
